DAY 1! (JAN. 6th)

Akwaaba, in the Ghanaian language of Twi means Welcome!

The group will arrive at Kotoka Airport, and we will get settled in hotel. Once everyone is settled, we will sit down, reason, and become acquainted with each other!

 DAY 2! (JAN. 7th)

We know you have traveled a great way to have your feet walk on the land of our Ancestors!!! So let's relax a bit today, as we have much ahead of us!

We will take a light trip to the Pan African Village of Our Natural Roots located in Nsawam, Ghana! The group can experience first hand all the works we are fulfilling! This village will serve partly as a Repatriation Village which aids the Diaspora with transitioning from the Western World (or Europe) to the African Continent! Repatriates will have access to housing, fresh organic produce from our farm, and a solid network of other Repatriates that are already living in Ghana!

 DAY 3! (JAN. 8th)

CAPE COAST!!!!!

On Day 3 we will all take the trip down to Cape Coast, a space that is home to a growing community of Africans from the Diaspora who feel an intense connection to this place.

---

On our way to the Cape Coast Dungeons, we will first stop at Assin Manso, also known as "The Last Bath". This is a river where Africans were taken to wash their bodies for the last time, then they were branded like cattle, and tragically sent to Cape Coast Dungeon or other Dungeons along the West African Coast.

---

Next we will continue journeying deeper into Cape Coast and visit the Cape Coast Dungeon. This dungeon is a space where countless Africans were held awaiting to be perilously shipped from West Africa to the Western World. A history guide will journey with us through the dungeons to enlighten us on what exactly took place during the time the Dungeon was operating.

 DAY 4! (JAN. 9th)

After a great night's rest and a cleansing breakfast, let's first head to Kakum National Park! It is known for its walkable canopies that are many feet above the ground! Take in the nature sounds, and conquer your courage concerning heights!

We all injoy witnessing ancient reptiles, right?!? Lets head on over to Crocodile Pond where our group can see these creatures first-hand!

Next we head on over to another Dungeon named the Elmina. Similar to the Cape Coast Dungeon, Africans were held here before they were shipped overseas into the Western World.

---

The Portuguese first owned the Dungeon and then was taken over by the Dutch. Our history is what helps us make a better tomorrow!

Last but no least for Day 4, we will take a trip to the One Africa Guesthouse, a guesthouse established by none other than our God Mother, and long time repatriate to Ghana, Sister Imakhus! We will rest here for the night.

 DAY 5! (JAN. 10th)

Ok family, Cape Coast was a blast! There is more to see! We are heading back up to Accra, and rest a bit before moving on!

     ---

We will stop at the Mall of Accra, the capital of Ghana's largest mall so the group can experience the feel of an African Mall!

After the fun at the Accra Mall, we go to our hotel, relax and reflect on our journey into Cape Coast!

DAY 6! (JAN. 11TH)

Today we are headed to experience the Memorial of the First President of Ghana! The Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Mausoleum!!!! Ghana regained its Independence in the year 1957, and Pan-African Kwame Nkrumah worked diligently for the progression of the newly founded African Nation of Ghana!

We have all worked up a bit of an appetite, right?! Lets head on over to Asaase Pa Vegan Restaurant! A popular Plant-Based restaurant that is not far at all from the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial.

After, we will relax back at our hotel before the BIG day tomorrow! We are on our way to the VOLTA REGION!!!!!!!

DAY 7! (JAN. 12th)

We have rested very well! Now we set off early to see what the Volta Region has to offer!

First, as we arrive, we will arrive at the KASI (Kweku Andoh Sustainability Institute) Project! This is a space that is being developed by the HABESHA (Helping Africa By Establishing Schools At Home and Abroad) Organization! Its intention is to host classes on Organic Agriculture, Herbal Medicines, Solar Panels, and MORE!

Next we will settle into our guest homes and when settled and rested a bit, we will climb the TALLEST mountain in Ghana! Mt. Afadjato!!

Next we will descend the mountain, rest, and head over to Tagbo Falls!!!! One of the most gorgeous waterfalls in the Volta Region!!! The bottom of the waterfall resides inside of a cooling rainforest!

This evening we will have a cultural celebration performed for us! Drumming, dancing, libations, and singing is going to take place!

We take it in to our hotel/guest home and rest, as there is a yet ANOTHER great day ahead of us!!!!

DAY 8! (Optional -- JAN. 13TH)

Option 1–We Walk Into Togo 🇹🇬!:

Ok ya'll. This is option day! ***** A certain level of Fitness is required for this option. The walk can take from anywhere from an hour or two hours depending on our speed. We walk over a mountain to get into Togo****

We will spend the day taking in the culture, native food, and other experiences that are offered! We also will spend night in Togo before walking back into Ghana the next morning. We are carrying a native of Togo with us to navigate and translate for us.

DAY 9! (JAN. 14th)

All Aboard!!! Volta Region and Togo, you have been AMAZING!!! Now let's take the journey back into Accra!

On our way to Accra, we will stop by the Monkey Sanctuary!!!! The monkeys in this area have close contact with humans! You will be given bananas to feed them, and they will cautiously walk right up to you! If you are skilled enough, you may can even have a monkey sitting on your shoulder happily eating!

When settled in Accra, we will use this day to rest, reflect, and give thanks!

DAY 10! (JAN.15th)

The tour is beginning to wind down a bit! We will use this day to visit the W.E.B. Dubois Center to learn about the life, works, and intelligence of Dubois. He was the first African-American ever to receive a PhD from Harvard University. He spent his later years here in Ghana and created a Pan-African Library right here in Accra that still stands to this very day!

We next journey over to the Arts Center for the purchasing of gifts, arts, crafts, and Ghana souvenirs to take back with you to your country of residence!

DAY 11! (JAN. 16th)

This will be a rest day to commune, gather belongings in preparation for airplane travel, and reflecting on your trip to our Mother Continent!

 DAY 12! (JAN. 17th)

We awake and reflect on the tour. Say our see ya laters and guests will return to their country of residence. Thank you so much for participating! Africa Awaits Her Creators and Her Creation!!!!
