MORE INFO: 1 oz of the Tanzanian Purple Sea Moss will make one 10oz mason jar of gel (that's a lot for so little!). Wash moss, place in glass bowl with water to soak overnight. You will notice that the moss has expanded/swelled. Put moss in blender with a bit of water, just enough (be sure not to add too much water!!) to help make the mixture thicken and liquefy. I personally like to sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder in blender for taste. Blend thoroughly. Pour in mason jar and place in refrigerator. Within a few hours the moss will be gel, and ready to use. Add 1-2 spoon-fulls to your smoothie to blast your body with power packed nutrients!
